Key Responsibilities

Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders from various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).

Inventory Management: Track stock levels, update listings, and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid stockouts.

Product Listing & Optimization: Upload new products, write descriptions, set pricing, and optimize listings for better visibility.

Customer Service: Handle customer queries, process returns/refunds, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Logistics Coordination: Work with courier partners for timely dispatch and delivery tracking.

Marketplace Compliance: Ensure all listings follow platform guidelines and resolve any policy violations.

Data & Performance Analysis: Monitor sales reports, conversion rates, and return rates to improve processes.

Promotions & Offers Management: Assist in setting up discounts, flash sales, and marketing campaigns.
