Job Title: eCommerce Executive
Location: Bangalore
Job Overview:
We are seeking an eCommerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. You will be responsible for ensuring our website runs smoothly, driving online sales, and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Oversee daily operations of our eCommerce site, including product listings, promotions, and inventory updates.
- Sales Optimization: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to boost online sales.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a positive shopping experience by managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing site usability.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online campaigns, track performance, and optimize ad spend.
- Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to track website traffic, sales metrics, and customer behavior. Provide reports and insights to improve performance.
- Product Management: Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage product catalog, pricing, and stock levels.
- Technical Support: Work with IT and development teams to resolve technical issues and implement site improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in eCommerce or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Magento), and familiarity with online marketing tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
