Looking for Ecommerce Executive

Job Profile:

Handling Online orders.
Maintaining record of daily dispatched orders
Respond all the relevant emails, tracking couriers
Checking orders of other online shopping websites like Flipkart, First Cry, Snapdeal etc. through mail or their panels and dispatched them accordingly
To handle all the documentation part those are required for new online partner
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
Maintains customer records by updating details and follow-ups .
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Cataloging, Listing products.
Content writing for Fashion Products.
R & D on best selling Products on different Ecommerce Portals.

Required Skills:

Good computer and Internet Knowledge.
He/she must have excellent communication and Intellectual skills.
Must be able to handle customer queries.
Knowledge of ecommerce Industry will be an advantage.
