Job Description
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
- Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
- Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick of delivery service.
- Execute activities driven by data analytics.
- Identify strategic business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management
-
Oversee and manage the entire order lifecycle—from order placement to dispatch and delivery.

Monitor daily sales and order flow across multiple platforms (website, marketplaces, apps).

Ensure accurate order fulfillment by coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams.

Resolve order issues, returns, exchanges, and delays promptly and professionally.
2. Inventory & Stock Control
-
Track inventory levels and ensure stock availability across all online platforms.
-
Coordinate restocking, SKU management, and product forecasting in collaboration with procurement and warehouse teams.

Conduct regular audits and ensure system accuracy to avoid stockouts or overselling.
3. Product Listings & Catalog Management
-
Upload and maintain product listings, images, descriptions, prices, and specifications across all e-commerce platforms.

Ensure product content is accurate, up-to-date, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.

Monitor and improve product visibility and discoverability on third-party marketplaces.
4. Logistics & Fulfillment
-
Liaise with delivery partners and courier companies to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping.

Track shipments, resolve delivery exceptions, and maintain delivery SLAs.

Optimize packaging, shipping costs, and delivery timelines for customer satisfaction.
5. Vendor & Platform Coordination
-
Manage operations with e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, and others (as applicable).

Coordinate with platform account managers to resolve listing issues, policy compliance, and performance optimization.

Negotiate service-level agreements with third-party service providers.
6. Customer Service & Feedback Management
-
Work with customer support to resolve escalations and inquiries related to orders, products, and delivery.

Monitor customer reviews and feedback, and identify areas for improvement in service or operations.

Assist in developing policies for returns, refunds, and customer communication.
7. Data Analysis & Reporting
-
Track KPIs like order volume, return rate, delivery time, stock levels, and customer satisfaction.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and platform analytics.

Use data insights to suggest operational improvements and optimize processes.
8. Process Improvement & Automation
-
Identify bottlenecks in the order and fulfillment processes and implement automation where possible.

Coordinate with tech teams or software vendors to enhance ERP/inventory integration and workflow systems.

Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and best practices in e-commerce operations.
