- Counselling, follow-up & conversion of walk-in inquiries resulting in fresh billing.
- Converting telephonic, SMS, Toll Free & Internet inquiries into walk-in inquiries.
- Collection of installments due for the month, updating standard records.
- Effort to upgrade of existing students.
- Handling Online Testing Center administration related responsibility at an authorized testing center.
- Providing information in the recommended manner about installments due for the month.
- Ensuring that the reports are duly completed & sent
- Updating students records regularly.
- Adhering to the Documentation & Report Checklist.
