- Counsel and convert students to study abroad.
- Manage staff in collaboration with the management.
- Taking initiative and efforts to build a professional work environment, ensuring that deadlines are met, and the students/ associate have a positive experience during the entire student application and visa process.
- Constantly upgrading knowledge on all aspects of the student immigration process abroad according to the country-specific requirement.
- Launching new schemes for generating leads & strategic planning for each quarter of the year.
- Area survey and finding the new schools and colleges for tie-ups.
- Team handling & guidance.
- Maintaining a proper database of the clients following ethical values and maintaining a good client relationship.
- Assist the client in understanding the necessary documents required for the student application and visa process.
- Conduct marketing activities and lead generation.
