Job Description

We are searching educational counselor for our coaching institute, interested female candidates can apply, freshers and experienced both are required.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one counselling to students on academic and career options

Assess students' interests, skills, and abilities to help them make informed decisions

Develop and implement educational plans for students based on their goals and aspirations

Organize and conduct workshops on study skills, career readiness, and college applications

Stay updated on educational trends and career opportunities to provide relevant information to students

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Empathy and ability to understand students' needs and concerns
