Job Description

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain single line diagrams depicting electrical distribution systems.

Develop schematic layouts for electrical systems, ensuring clarity and functionality.

Prepare detailed cable schedules and layouts for project implementation.

Design cable tray systems and earthing layouts for safe and efficient electrical installations.

Develop lighting layouts for industry

Buildings, focusing on energy efficiency and aesthetic requirements.

Design switchyard layouts for power distribution and transmission.

Prepare general arrangement drawings, control drawings, and power drawings for electrical panels.

Calculate quantities of materials and components based on drawings for accurate procurement and cost estimation.

Prepare comprehensive bills of quantities for project materials and cost.

Requisite Skills: AutoCAD 2D Single Line Drawings Schematic Layout Electrical Panel GA Drawings Electrical Panel Control Drawings Quantity Calculation from Drawings

Desired Skills:

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in design work.

Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design is advantageous.

Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and standards.
