Job Description
Capable to handle the following responsibility
1. To handle a team at site
2. To handle project works at Site
3. Co-ordination with clients
4. Exposure in preparing the bills & Measurement
5. Capable to have a knowledge of reading and understanding the Drawings as per site6. Keep files for all site memos and instructions, measured quantities of work and material on site
7. Follow contractors’ obligations of the contractors on site including inspections, testing, shop drawings review, quantity surveying.
8. Ability to conduct Electrical assessment of building facilities, and electromechanical systems and produce report and corresponding estimates
9. Site supervision and giving direction to contractors on all related electrical issues
