The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent copywriting skills, and the ability to analyze campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Segment email lists based on user behaviors, preferences, and demographics to ensure targeted and relevant messaging.
- Content Creation:
- Create compelling and engaging email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls to action.
- Design visually appealing email templates that align with our brand identity.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to include relevant images and graphics in email campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Generate regular reports on email marketing performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.
- List Management:
- Maintain and grow our email subscriber list, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Implement strategies to capture new leads and nurture existing subscribers.
- Automation and Tools:
- Utilize email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact) to manage campaigns and track performance.

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in email marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
