Role: Email support executive
Experience: 1- 4 years ( Banking exp is a must)
Work Location: Turbhe
CTC : 3.5- 4 LPA
EMPLOYMENT : FULL TIME
We are looking for a detail-oriented Email Support Executive to join our non-voice team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing customer inquiries & resolving issues through email/chat support. Your key duties include responding to customer queries promptly, providing accurate information and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Expecting candidates with working experience in bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and concerns through email and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and track issues to ensure resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines while handling customer interactions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum HSC. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline(preferred).
- Minimum 1- 4 years of experience in email/chat process, working in Banks. Credit card support exp. is an added advantage.
- · Excellent written communication skills. THIS IS A MUST.
Languages Requirement: English, Hindi & Marathi.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and chat platforms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail & ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Interviews will be conducted in Kalina.
