Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineer to join our team in the UPS and Battery Sales and Service Industry. This position requires a strong technical background in maintaining all calls with 24/7 availability, performing preventive maintenance, handling calls, troubleshooting, and maintaining well relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining all calls with 24/7 availability
- Performing preventive maintenance on UPS and battery systems
- Handling calls from customers regarding technical issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience working in the UPS and battery sales and service industry
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
