Job Description:
- Compliance of Preventive, Predictive & equipment overhauling schedules.
- Daily equipment health checking.
- Based on Maintenance work order, Maintenance jobs schedule Daily interaction with Joint Manger/Shift Engineer of urea plant.
- Effective field supervision for zero defect maintenance.
- Analysis of defects and take remedial action. Avoid job repetition & implement horizontal replication
- Standardization & improvement in maintenance work method to achieve best maintenance quality using RCM & FMEA analysis tool.
- Training & Guidance to Foreman Mechanical for maintenance jobs.
- Preparation, analysis and distribution of monthly report of planned maintenance, breakdown, improvement etc.
