Job Description
We are currently seeking Engineering and Computer Science graduates who are interested in participating in a training program focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
As part of this initiative, we will be conducting an introductory course on the 8th and 9th of May, 2025.
Interested candidates are requested to share their profiles with us
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Training and Development:
-
Participate actively in the company’s training programs, technical workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Learn company processes, safety protocols, engineering tools, and technologies used in daily operations.

Gain proficiency in using software relevant to the domain such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, Revit, PLCs, or programming tools (for IT roles).
2. Project Assistance and Execution:
-
Support senior engineers or project leads in executing project tasks.
-
Assist in the planning, design, modeling, testing, and analysis of systems or structures.

Help in the creation and interpretation of technical drawings, schematics, or blueprints.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
-
Prepare detailed documentation of work done, learnings, test results, or observations.

Assist in writing technical reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals.

Maintain logs of maintenance or development activities and escalate issues where needed.
4. Quality Assurance and Testing:
-
Participate in quality checks, test cases, and performance evaluation processes for products, machines, or software.

Identify errors or discrepancies and support root cause analysis under guidance.

Work with the QA/QC team to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Interact with different departments such as design, production, R&D, and procurement to gain a holistic understanding of workflows.

Participate in meetings and contribute fresh perspectives or innovative ideas during discussions.
6. Field Visits and Practical Exposure (where applicable):
-
Visit project sites, production units, or client locations to gain real-time exposure to engineering applications.

Observe installations, maintenance processes, and troubleshooting activities under supervision.
