Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and engaging English Trainer for Kids to teach English to young learners in a fun, interactive, and effective way. The ideal candidate should have experience in online teaching, a strong command of English, and creative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable for children. This is a remote, work-from-home position with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Lesson Planning

Conduct live online English classes for kids (ages 4-12).
Create and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Use storytelling, songs, games, and visual aids to make learning engaging and interactive.
Teach basic phonics, vocabulary, grammar, and conversation skills.

Student Engagement & Progress Tracking

Assess each child's learning style and progress, adapting lessons accordingly.
Provide regular feedback to parents on their child’s improvement.
Encourage confidence in speaking English through role-playing and interactive activities.

Online Classroom Management

Use video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and online learning platforms.
Ensure a fun, friendly, and structured learning environment.
Handle technical issues and keep students engaged during online sessions.
