Job Description

Job Title: Equity Dealer
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) and clients for accurate and timely trade execution.

- Ensure error-free processing of trades and provide prompt trade confirmations via email and recorded calls.

- Address discrepancies and client inquiries.

- Maintain effective communication to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Assist clients in understanding market-conditions and trading processes.

- Revenue Contribution:-Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products.
- Graduate in any field with basic financial market knowledge.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in the local language is a plus.

- NISM certification is mandatory.
