The selected candidates will be trained for ERP Implementation profile that shall include the below mentioned responsibilities.
1. Business Process Documentation: Candidates will be expected to document “AS-IS” business processes of the clients after interactions with the respective stake holders (incudes flowcharts, dfds etc).
2. Gap Analysis: Gap analysis is done to recognize gaps in client’s business process and our off-the shelf software so that the gaps can be filled either by change in business process or making some customizations to the ERP software. This process involves drafting comparison sheets, negotiations with the client and negotiations with internal cross functional teams.
3. Configurations: Once the gaps have been recognized, configurations are made after making the required changes in the software or the process. The configurations include everything including uploading of master data, user permissions, financial accounting, inventory etc.
4. Testing: After the configurations are made, the system is tested for its accuracy and reliability by running dummy scenarios.
