About the internship

If so, then Sphere Travelmedia & Exhibitions Private Limited is looking for you to join our team as an event management intern! As an event management intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain valuable hands-on experience in the events industry.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in the planning and execution of various events, such as conferences, exhibitions, and seminars
2. Coordinating with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations
3. Managing event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual set-up
4. Creating and updating event materials, such as presentations and promotional materials, using MS Office tools
5. Providing on-site support during events to ensure everything runs seamlessly
6. Conducting post-event evaluations and preparing reports to assess the success of each event
7. Collaborating with the team to brainstorm innovative ideas for future events and initiatives
