About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in event planning and coordination, including venue recce, vendor management, and logistics
2. Support the creation of presentations and proposals using MS PowerPoint
3. Utilize MS Excel to track budgets and expenses, and generate reports
4. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative event concepts and themes
5. Assist in the management of attendee communications, and RSVP tracking
6. Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution
7. Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze feedback, and suggest improvements for future events
