Job Description
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including corporate events, weddings, conferences, and social gatherings.Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions.
Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed within scope and on time.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
Manage on-site event logistics, including setup, staff coordination, and troubleshooting.
Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction throughout the event process.
Prepare post-event reports, including financial summaries and client feedback.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role within the event management industry.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in event management software and tools.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by events.
A degree or certification in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
