Executive Assistant cum MIS Executive at Mahavir Road Carrier Pvt. Ltd.
1. Should be married “FEMALE” with kid(s)
2. Should be residing within 40 minutes travel time by public transport from Kolkata (Bhawanipur / Hazra)
3. Should be able to join work immediately without any delay
4. Should have 3-5 years of work experience in admin, coordinating, follow-ups, MIS reporting
5. Should have EXCELLENET FOLLOW-UP and COORDINATION skills
6. Should have sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, OneNote
7. Should have good command over English
8. Should be comfortable reporting to office by 8.50 a.m.
9. Should be open to doing personal tasks of boss
10. Should be open to travel within city/ outskirts by public transport during business hours for management audit and supervision.
11. CTC Salary INR 20,000 p.m. (negotiable)
