Job Description

looking to fill EA to CEO/CFO position from beginner level to senior level for our India Operations in Nioda. This position is for US Shift (i.e. night shift)

Undertaking employee mentoring and counselling.
Organize Employees Welfare.
Introduced Attendance reward, best employee, best operator systems.
Issuing experience letters, Relieving letters, and Salary increment letters.
Responsible for Vendor management, Travel Arrangements, Stay Arrangements, Tickets.
Responsible for Other general Admin activities of the office like stationary, cleanliness, Office device management.
Responsible for processing bills & for payments.
Responsible for maintain records of AMC.
Responsible for maintain stock.
Responsible to generate invoice.
Manpower planning as per company requirement.
Posting manpower Advertisement, Approaching placement agencies & calling candidates by personal approach.
Searching from databank, short listing profiles.
Conducting behavioral/preliminary interview of candidates.
Can handle accounting in Tally / other software.
