Job Title: Executive Assistant/ Typist for a Patent Law Firm
Job Location: Gurugram (Sector 50), India
We are currently seeking a self-driven and a skilled candidate to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon.
Work Type: Onsite, Permanent, Full-Time, 6-days working (Saturdays are WFH)
The duties and responsibilities include the following:
· Assisting partners in routine operational work- database management, filing, providing relevant information and support their business needs.
· Maintaining a track of pending tasks and facilitating smooth completion on daily basis
· Updating information in company records – emails, presentations, files etc.
· Handling partners’ emails – sorting out, replying promptly to clients and assist business in dealing with any urgent requirement by providing relevant support.
· Collaborating with internal as well as external stakeholders for any routine operational requirement.
· Facilitating smooth events and travel arrangements for staff and the senior management team by taking care of vendor negotiations and bookings etc.
· Supporting administrative tasks like space management , office supplies, dealing with blue collar staff and making sure work space is clean and supportive as per employees’ needs.
· Handling couriers, dealing with the vendors, stacking bills and updating company database promptly on daily basis.
Qualifications/ Skills Required
· 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant or Administrative Executive (Freshers are also OK).
· The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
· Prompt communication and record-keeping skills.
· Good organization and time-management skills are required.
