Job Description

Hiring for Executive BIM Modeler-MEP/ Civil
Location : Madurai (Tamilnadu)
Experience required : 1-8 years in BIM Modeling (MEP /Civil/Architectural/Structural Services)
Education: B.E (Mechanical/Civil)
Skills required : Revit, AutoCAD, Naviswork
Immediate joiners preferred/ 30 days notice period

Responsibilities:

To design & model 3D MEP routing using Revit & Navisworks to check for clashes.

To design MEP routing using AutoCAD (2D).

To design Single Line Diagram drawings using AutoCAD (2D)

To coordinate with contractors to ensure designed routing is feasible to construct.

To collaborate with other BIM Engineers / Modelers on roadblock faced, suggestions, and so on.

To collaborate with the Project manager to ensure that document deliverables are completed on time to client.

To create, read, understand, and develop basic isometric drawings & single line diagrams drawings with CAD software.

Ensuring Quality standards, and all Health & Safety requirements are adhered to our client & company organization’s policy.

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.
