Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Conduct sales calls and email communication to present products and services to potential customers.
Understand customer needs, address enquiries, and recommend suitable solutions.
Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Meet or exceed daily, monthly, or quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to maximise revenue.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, pharmacy, biotechnology or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office
Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to work in a Start-Up
