Job Description

Job Profile:
The role of an Executive Operations includes:

Maintaining stock records and inventory management.
Preparing quotations and assisting in supply chain management.
Acting as a liaison between customers and our Head Office in the UAE, as well as our suppliers in Spain (Blumaq) and the USA (DSG).
Exploring and identifying potential suppliers within India.
Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the organization
Coordinate with different departments to streamline operations
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement
Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
Ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
Oversee production processes and ensure quality standards are met
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
Provide support in resolving operational issues and challenges
