Job Description

* Greets and meets customers on arrival at the shop

* Presents the customer with the needed Jewellery and provides information, such as pricing

* Ensures all documents relating to the purchase of any Jewellery are also bagged with the goods purchased

Provide exceptional customer service and knowledgeable advice on jewelry.

Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering suitable product solutions.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of our jewelry collections and industry trends.

Manage inventory and ensure the showroom is well-presented and fully stocked.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Assist with visual merchandising and promotional activities.

Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Participate in sales training programs and continuous professional development.
