Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Cleanliness and Sanitation:
- Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen spaces, and utensils.
- Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Table Setup and Service:
- Assist in setting and clearing tables before and after service.
- Help with the organization and delivery of food and beverages to guests.
Support to Kitchen Staff:
- Assist kitchen staff with dishwashing and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all kitchen tools and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, and stored properly.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and report supply levels to management for timely ordering of cleaning supplies and restaurant equipment.
- Assist with receiving and storing kitchen and dining supplies.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and requests promptly.
- Facilitate a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the dining area.
