Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

1. Ideation & Concept Development – 20%

Constantly research, brainstorm, and develop innovative, out-of-the-box event concepts and IP ideas aligned with client goals and industry trends.
Translate abstract briefs into powerful concepts with clear brand narratives and emotional hooks.
Create experiential formats that elevate brand engagement and audience participation.

2. Strategic Planning – 10%

Build data-backed event strategies that align with client objectives, market insights, and consumer behavior.
Collaborate with internal departments (creative, production, client servicing) to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
Identify new opportunities for strategic growth through partnerships, content formats, or industry niches.

3. High-Impact Presentations – 45%

Design and deliver visually stunning, well-structured PowerPoint/Keynote presentations with zero errors and sharp articulation.
Ensure each deck is client-ready, reflecting Torque Entertainment’s premium positioning.
Maintain a repository of reusable design templates, strategy formats, and idea decks for faster turnaround.

4. Market Research & Trend Analysis – 10%

Keep a constant pulse on global and local trends in events, pop culture, branding, and technology.
Analyze competitor activities and emerging formats to ensure Torque stays ahead of the curve.
Prepare periodic trend reports and ideation triggers for internal brainstorming.

5. Internal Collaboration & Client Engagement – 10%

Support the business development and client servicing teams with ideation and pitch support.
Participate in client meetings to understand expectations and communicate strategy effectively.
Work closely with design and content teams to ensure the final output meets the strategic vision.

6. Quality Control & Detailing – 5%

Meticulously proofread, fact-check, and validate all strategy content before submissions.
Ensure accuracy, logical flow, brand consistency, and high design quality in all deliverables.

Required Skills:

Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
Strong research and analytical mindset
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Keynote, and basic design tools (like Canva, Adobe Express)
High attention to detail and grammar
Creative thinker with strategic clarity
Strong verbal and written communication
