Job Description
- As per our discussion on phone we required ITI Electrical and Fitter Candidates For Baddi Location (Himachal Pradesh) if candidates selected in Interview they will join on baddi Location
- Selected Candidates will join as a under Neem Trainee(National Employability Enhancement Mission) on the TLSU role(Team Lease skill University)
- Training period will be 2 years on the TLSU role
- Candidates will be working with a MNC and gaining Experience in Production Line
- They will be Provided Formal Offer letter, Salary Slip, Experience Letter while TeamLease will only Managing the HR Admiration
- Drive date : ASAP
- ITI Electrical opening -05
- ITI Fitter Opening-05
- 30 resources required
- Rotational Shifts weekly: (1) 6 to 2 pm, (2) 2- 10 pm, (3) 10-6 am
- Rs.8000 would be the stipend monthly
- Transport cost will be given as 500/month. If candidates stays in Manpura village (2 KMs from factory) no transportation cost shall be deducted.
- No meal during the night shift. Only Snacks available@ Rs.7.5 and for other meal @ Rs.20
- Weekly off- Sunday ( 1 one off)
- No overtime, fix 8hrs confirmed
- Village where factory is located – Manpura.
- Written & F2F at the Factory (These 2 rounds will happen on the same day)
- Video conferencing ( It will happen after 2-3 days once the above rounds are completed - company will reimburse the transportation cost)
- Pre Medical Check would also take place
