Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic with Experience 3-4 Years US IT Recruiter in expertise in recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the US IT staffing process, excellent sourcing and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for IT positions.
- Sourcing: Utilize job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify and attract qualified IT professionals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and vendors.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct technical screenings and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Job Matching: Align candidate skills with client requirements and submit qualified candidates for client review.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and other employment-related details with candidates and clients.
- Documentation: Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met, including background checks and visa documentation (H1B, GC, EAD, TN, etc.).
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the clients ongoing and future requirements.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, and placements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements.
- Proficiency in sourcing through job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN), and employment types.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with IT terminologies, roles, and skill sets.
- Knowledge of market trends in the US IT staffing industry.
