Position Title: Experience 3-4 Years US IT Recruiter

Location: JNTU, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic with Experience 3-4 Years US IT Recruiter in expertise in recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the US IT staffing process, excellent sourcing and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for IT positions.
Sourcing: Utilize job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify and attract qualified IT professionals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and vendors.
Candidate Screening: Conduct technical screenings and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Job Matching: Align candidate skills with client requirements and submit qualified candidates for client review.
Negotiation: Negotiate pay rates, contract terms, and other employment-related details with candidates and clients.
Documentation: Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met, including background checks and visa documentation (H1B, GC, EAD, TN, etc.).
Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the clients ongoing and future requirements.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, and placements.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3-4 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements.
Proficiency in sourcing through job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN), and employment types.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a target-driven environment.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Familiarity with IT terminologies, roles, and skill sets.
Knowledge of market trends in the US IT staffing industry.
