Job Description

We are seeking passionate and experienced faculty member for our Nursing Department to deliver high-quality education, mentor students, and contribute to academic and professional excellence in the field of nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Curriculum Delivery:

Deliver high-quality instruction in nursing theory and clinical courses.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, course materials, and instructional resources.
Conduct lectures, seminars, practical sessions, and clinical rotations for nursing students.
Monitor student progress, assess performance, and provide constructive feedback.

Research & Scholarship:

Participate in scholarly activities and research in the nursing field.
Publish research in peer-reviewed journals or present at academic conferences.
Collaborate with faculty and students on research projects to advance nursing education and practice.

Student Mentorship & Support:

Advise and mentor nursing students on academic matters and career development.
Provide guidance to students in both theoretical and practical settings.
Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student success.

Clinical Practice & Simulation:

Supervise and guide nursing students during clinical practice and internships.
Work with healthcare providers to ensure that clinical experiences align with program objectives.
Assist in the development and implementation of simulation-based learning activities for students.
Academic Administration:
Contribute to departmental activities such as curriculum planning and accreditation processes.
Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and continuous improvement efforts.
Assist with student recruitment and admissions processes.

Professional Development:

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nursing practice and education.
Attend workshops, training, and seminars to enhance teaching methods and clinical expertise.
Maintain certifications and licenses in line with regulatory and academic requirements.
