Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead our human resources function for our client which is a 5 star hotel based in Indore. The ideal candidate will drive strategic HR initiatives, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws, while fostering a positive workplace culture and should have extensive work experience as an HR generalist in the hotel industry specifically.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
Design and manage employee development and training programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

MBA in Human Resources.
HR Managers with min 8 years of HR and Training experience within the hotel industry.
Assistant HR Managers with min 4 years of HR and Training experience within the hotel industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to drive change and foster a positive work environment.
