Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results oriented experienced Tour Sales Executive to join our team at Offbeat Adventure Tours Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and adventure and experience in sales and customer service in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell adventure tour packages to potential customers.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to increase sales.
Provide detailed information about tour packages, destinations, and travel arrangements.
Handle booking processes, including reservations, payments, and confirmations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, and industry trends.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the seamless execution of tours.

Qualifications and skills:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in tour sales or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of popular travel destinations and adventure activities.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
