Job Description

· FCL IGM filling

· FCL billing

· Liner payment

· DO release

· FCL status send to customers

· Coordination with FCL customers

· BL releasing

· BL drafting

· Surrender message updation

· Reply to overseas queries

· BL file to carrier

· MCC tracking

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process export documentation according to regulations and policies

Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment of goods

Verify accuracy of shipping documentation, including bills of lading and invoices

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and policies

Maintain organized records of all export documentation

Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the shipment process

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding shipment status

Stay updated with changes in export regulations and procedures
