Job Description
Required Male Candidate for Export Import Documentation
Work: Emailing, Bank Work, Documentation, Must Know How to Drive with Driving with Licence. (Candidate Should Be Living Near to Rani Bagh, Delhi Within 5 Km Approx.)
Preferred Skills Basic Excel, MS Word, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing etc.
Daily handling & updating Import common shipment Track sheet.
Crafting PO receipts after clearance.
Checking & sending request for purchase order.
Checking import documents and confirmation to supplier.
Sharing Import documents with CHA.
Co-ordination with CHA for cargo clearance.
Co-ordination with Overseas vendors for availability of materials.
Co-ordination with Overseas vendors for quotations.
Processing of overseas purchase order
Processing of Proforma Invoice.
Processing of Overseas & domestic advance payment.
Supervising Flight / Vessel ETA details.
Generating advance PIMS certificates from Govt. Portal
Making Monthly Import reports and same send to our management time to time
Responsible to prepare duty into internal system and arrange for payment in co-
ordination with Finance team.
Follow up for vendor Bill after shipment Cleared.
Follow up for PCD.
Checking Bills and maintaining sheet and same sending to Accounts Dept. for CHA & Vendor Payments.
Physically checking the import shipments day by day..
Generating advance PIMS / CHIMS / SIMS certificates from Govt. Portal
Preparing of Export documents
Follow-up with Manufacturer or Supplier for timely delivery of product.
Preparing of all Pre & Post Export documents such as quotation, Excise & Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, GSP, Certificate of Origin, BRC, Bank Letter etc.
The job also involves monitor dispatch of sample materials & finished products, keeping customers advised & updated with status & maintaining customer relationship.
Follow-up with CHA’s for timely shipment & clearance of consignments
