Job Description
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Assist in conducting market research to identify potential export markets.
Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer preferences under guidance.
Help compile insights and recommendations based on research findings.
Client Relationship Management:
Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with international clients and partners.
Assist in handling client inquiries and providing information.
Participate in client meetings and negotiations as required.
Sales and Business Development:
Assist in generating leads and identifying business opportunities.
Help coordinate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Support in monitoring sales performance and preparing reports.
Promotional Activities:
Assist in planning and participating in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business missions.
Help develop promotional materials and campaigns specific to export markets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
Logistics and Compliance:
Assist in coordinating with logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
Help ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including export documentation and customs requirements.
Stay updated on changes in export regulations and support strategy adjustments.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the export marketing team.
Assist in preparing and managing documentation related to export activities.
Help with the organization and maintenance of marketing and sales records.
