Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent communication skills

Strong adaptability to changing environments and expectations

Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective interaction with trainees

Proficient in active listening to understand trainees' needs and concerns

Adept at solving problems creatively and efficiently

Effective time management skills to balance multiple training sessions and administrative tasks

Ability to engage and motivate trainees through interactive teaching methods

Basic understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles

Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on soft skills including communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving

Develop and upgrade training materials and resources to keep pace with industry standards

Assess the progress of trainees through tests, activities, and feedback sessions

Provide one-on-one coaching to help trainees improve their interpersonal skills

Collaborate with other trainers and departments to create comprehensive training programs

Support trainees in real-world applications of soft skills in the workplace

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements

Maintain records of trainee progress and provide regular updates to management
