Job Description

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team. As a remote employee, you will play a critical role in creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to help our clients achieve their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Perform audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and interests.
Write compelling ad copy and design visually appealing creatives in collaboration with the design team.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and strategies.
Provide detailed performance reports and insights to clients or stakeholders.
Stay updated on Facebook Ads policies, algorithm updates, and industry trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

2-3 years of proven experience in managing Facebook ad campaigns.
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Pixel setup, and retargeting strategies.
Experience with data analysis and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Proficiency in audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget optimization.
Decent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva or Adobe tools) are a plus.
