Factory manager:
- Responsible for production related activities of entire factory.
- Planned costing & Feasibility report to sales
- To prepare process sheets and route sheet
- To design and develop processes, jig, fixtures and dies
- To close all NC raised by QC
- To authorise weekly schedule & achieve production targets
- To look after purchase activities and vendor management as and when required
