Job Description

1. Inventory Management: Keeping track of all materials, tools, and equipment in the store. This involves recording the quantity and condition of items and ensuring that stock levels are maintained.

2. Receiving Goods: Checking incoming deliveries against purchase orders for accuracy and quality. This includes inspecting materials for damage and ensuring compliance with specifications.

3. Issuing Materials: Distributing materials and tools to construction teams as needed, ensuring that the right items are delivered to the right locations at the right times.

4. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, and returns. This is essential for inventory control and financial reporting.5. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that materials are stored safely and in compliance with regulations. This includes organizing the storage area to prevent accidents and ensure easy access to items.

6. Communication: Coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, and procurement teams to understand material needs and delivery schedules.

7. Stock Replenishment: Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for new materials when necessary to avoid shortages that could delay construction work.

8. Reporting: Providing regular reports on inventory status, usage rates, and any discrepancies or issues that arise.

9. Assign responsibility and mentor project carpenters, helper, labour and machine operator.

10. Ensure resource availability and allocation;

11. Sharing all details of Purchases, cost with accounts department;

12. Coordinate with contractors working on site

13. Prepare Work Order and Purchase Order when necessary

14. Maintain stock inventory for all sites and operations inventory

15. Arrangement of materials at site and factory.

16. Prepare cash request where ever required – transportation, loading, unloading charges- Cash request form

17. Arrangement of transportation whenever required ;( logistic request).

18. Preparation of attendance sheets for all sites- Attendance sheet.

19. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.

20. Co-ordinating timely delivery of materials to the site and site visits are made to ensure proper materials are delivered.

21. Preparation of Daily working report for project and factory.

22. Handling Procurement.

23. Arrangement of labours as and when required on site and in factory.

24. Daily reporting to HOD for all site and factory operations

25. Plan visit to every site once or twice in a month or as required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience: 1- 2 years

Salary depends on experience

Qualification: Graduate in any field

Location: Panvel

Gender preference: Male

Skills: MS Excel & Computer Knowledge

Experience in Stock keeping & Factory in charge as well
