Job Summary:
A Factory Worker is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, packing items, and maintaining cleanliness in the factory. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production & Assembly Work
- Operate factory machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble and manufacture products as per company guidelines.
- Monitor production lines and report any malfunctions.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production tasks.
2. Quality Control & Inspection
- Inspect products for defects or damages before packaging.
- Ensure all items meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Report any quality issues to the supervisor.
3. Packaging & Labeling
- Pack finished products properly and label them according to specifications.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of packed goods.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Follow workplace safety rules and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report safety hazards or machine issues to the supervisor immediately.
5. Material Handling & Inventory
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Assist in stock counting and maintaining inventory records.
