You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and creating a range of products.(WOMEN WEAR-WESTERN). Express the vision built collectively, and design/create distinctive and strong products and collections while keeping the essence of the brand’s DNA
Responsibilities:
Must have a keen interest and understanding of sustainable fashion.
Propose designs, sketches, colour palettes, and mood boards linked to seasonal concepts.
Develop designs from drawing and/or mock-ups from a technical perspective.
Needs to have a clear understanding of measurement specs.
Responsible for creating in Illustrator technical drawings based on hand sketches, 3D sketches.
Attend design meetings and fitting sessions, follow up on finalization and validation of prototypes, pre-production, and production pieces.
Prepare for design meetings and presentations.
Keep collection overviews up to date and maintain progress reports.
Ensure communication flow and work closely together with design and product teams including masters.
Visit suppliers and development teams to hand over designs.
