Job Description

Required a Female Clinical Psychological Counsellor on profit sharing basis for an upcoming Mental Health Clinic based on Alternative Therapies such as Ayurveda, Bach Flower Remedies, rTMS, Specific Diet Plan, Counselling etc.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs

Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs

Provide counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, or groups

Help clients develop coping strategies and skills to overcome challenges

Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Stay updated on current research and best practices in mental health counseling

Provide educational resources and workshops on mental health topics

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Empathy and ability to establish a rapport with clients

Knowledge of different counseling techniques and approaches

Experience working with diverse populations and cultural sensitivity

Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in counseling

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
