Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Counselling officer to join our team at West Highlander.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective customers, lead prospecting (Inside sales) and conversion.
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their immigration goals, background, and eligibility for visas.
- Present suitable immigration solutions and services based on the client's profile and preferences.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on the progress of their applications.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide timely responses.
- Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned
- Increase the number of qualified leads and potential clients in the sales pipeline.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Regularly follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and move them through the sales process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Excellent counselling and consultative sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent negotiation skills required.
- Problem-solving ability to address clients' challenges.
- Ethical and responsible conduct in guiding clients through the immigration process. Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience.
