Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Sales and Service Support

Assist customers in understanding products and services, including providing demonstrations and detailed explanations.

Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services based on the customer's profile and preferences.

Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of service and support to customers.

Process sales orders, service requests, and assist with billing inquiries or account updates.
Customer Database and Documentation

Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date client information.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and follow-up activities.

Generate reports on customer satisfaction, queries, service issues, and suggestions for improvement.
Market Awareness and Feedback
