Job Description:
We are seeking a Female E-commerce Operations Executive to efficiently handle day-to-day operations for our e-commerce business on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, as well as offline billing and inventory management. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer skills and be adept at managing tasks related to the e-commerce marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations on Amazon and Flipkart, including order processing, returns, and customer queries.
Create and maintain offline bills using billing software.
Update inventory and stock levels across online and offline platforms.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock management.
Handle payment follow-ups with vendors, customers, and clients.
Generate and analyze sales and performance reports.
Assist with product listing updates and catalog management.
Stay updated on marketplace policies and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and billing software.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
