Job Description
Job Title: Female Front Office Receptionist
Job Location: Madhu Vihar, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Weekends off.
Job Overview: CKI Academy, an education and computer training center, is seeking a well-organized and friendly female Front Office Receptionist. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing inquiries, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors upon arrival at the academy.
- Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, and academy services.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Assist with student enrollment and registration processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
