Job Description

We need a female personal secretary.
She will be handling the official work of office, assisting the boss.
Ready to travel if required.

Must be openminded, bold and frank.

Must be good in communications and having good personality.

Age preferred is 19 to 25.

Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events on behalf of the individual.

Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the individual, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics including flights, accommodation, and transportation.

Documentation: Prepare and manage documents such as reports, presentations, and agendas.

Information Management: Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential information.

Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Relationship Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including clients, partners, and colleagues.

Task Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects and tasks as directed.

Problem Solving: Handle administrative issues and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
