Job Description

Looking for female receptionist for our advanced physiotherapy clinic in Chembur, freshers can also apply. This is a part time job. We have vacancies for morning and evening shifts. Required immediately.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a polite and professional Female Receptionist to manage the front desk at our advanced physiotherapy clinic. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a friendly personality, and basic administrative knowledge to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient bookings.
Maintain patient records and update clinic databases.
Coordinate with physiotherapists and medical staff for smooth operations.
Handle billing, payments, and insurance-related queries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Assist with basic administrative tasks and inventory management.

Skills and Qualifications:

Prior experience in healthcare, clinics, or front desk roles is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
